The CUBE Street EX from Roland is a compact, battery-powered portable amplifier/speaker combo that infuses the already popular mobile amp line with a performance upgrade that delivers extended projection, more channels, and enhanced versatility. Fifty watts of power and a stereo speaker system with dual woofers and tweeters provide clean sound for reaching larger crowds, while four independent channels offer connections for a variety of microphones and instruments.
Sound adjustment is available with separate EQ and reverb controls, and guitar tones can be dialed in easily with the onboard COSM amplifier simulations. Selectable power modes provide up to twenty hours of operation with eight AA batteries, while two units can be linked together for more sound coverage if needed. And with i-CUBE Link, an iPhone or iPad can be connected to play backing music and record the performances.
- 50W Combined Power Output

Roland Street EX Reviews
Good Value
Don't expect this amp to replace your Mesa Boogie; after all, the speakers are only 8 inch. But for the exceptions where your main amp can't perform, the Cube Amp is great. I've had it for a few months and have no plans to get rid of it any time soon.
Excellent for busking and practicing
I have been using it for over a year and it does a great job anywhere there is no electric outlets. I use alkaline batteries and they last about 4 hours on the medium setting. The overall sound and the effects are very good for its size. It's well made and durable, I purchased the case which protects it in transport. I recommend purchasing an extra battery pack, it makes it quick and easy to replace batteries on a gig. I great portable battery powered amp!
