The Ooma Office VoIP Business Phone System uses your high-speed Internet connection to deliver a high quality business phone system. Its hybrid solution utilizes on-site hardware and the power of cloud computing to deliver advanced features and quality of service. There are no wires to deploy so installation is quick and simple. And what's more is Ooma Office has plenty of room to grow as your business expands, allowing you to add up to 5 phone extensions and 15 virtual extensions.

Extension Dialing
Each phone connected to the Ooma Office system has its own 3-digit extension number (starting at extension 101). This allows everyone to share your main business number while letting the Virtual Receptionist automatically route incoming calls. You can dial from one extension to another by dialing the extension number you want to reach.
Every extension is set up with a private voicemail account. Each user can record their own greeting and configure their messages to be forwarded to their email for added accessibility.
Forwarding Options
Employees who are in and out of the office a lot can be just as productive on the go. Users can choose from a variety of forwarding options that suit their needs. Ooma Office supports call forwarding and simultaneous ringing.
Music on Hold
Keep your customers entertained with Music on Hold. This feature allows you to tell them more about your products and services, play out favorable reviews and testimonials, and advertise your ongoing promotions and offers-all while on hold.
Virtual Receptionist
The Virtual Receptionist handles incoming calls so callers can reach the right person. It can also answer frequently asked questions, advertise your services and/or special offers, and for projecting a professional image to your callers. Ooma Office gives you the flexibility to have different prompts during business hours and when you are closed.
Ooma Manager
The Ooma Office Manager is your one-stop online destination for managing your Ooma Office system. You can change your settings from anywhere that you have an Internet connection, any time you want. You won't have to navigate phone menus and the changes you make will be reflected instantly. Whether you'd like to change your greeting, assign extensions, set up calling groups, your Ooma Office Manager provides you with access.
Conference Bridge
The conference bridge feature allows you to host your own conference calls. It supports up to five participants and includes admin and user level PIN numbers to protect access.
Virtual Extensions
Keep your remote workers connected with virtual extensions. These internal extension numbers can be forwarded to an external number like a cell phone, and they come with their own private mailbox. Virtual extensions can connect your customers and everyone in the office, even to those who are not there in person.
Ring Groups
Do you have a "Sales" team or a "Support" group? Routing calls by function lets you to distribute the workload and can help ensure someone is always available for your customers. Ring groups span multiple extensions-even virtual extensions.
Expandable Capacity
Your Ooma Office starts with one phone number and one extension, but you can add more as your business grows.
Phone Extensions
Each phone extension can handle simultaneous incoming and outgoing calls with incoming calls rolling over to voice mail. Depending on how large your business is, you can purchase additional extensions for $9.99 a month, including virtual and conference extensions.
Direct Numbers
You can port your existing number to Ooma Office for free. Additional phone numbers can be handy if you want to have numbers with multiple area codes or if some of your extensions (like a fax machine) need direct inbound calling to bypassing the Virtual Receptionist. Each phone number is $9.99 a month. The Ooma Office can be expanded to 5 phone extensions and 15 virtual extensions.
User-Friendly Setup
Simply connect Ooma Office base unit to your router, plug in your phone and you are ready to go. Additional extensions connect wirelessly using DECT technology so there are no wires to deploy.
For unlimited calling in the United States and Canada, you will need to pay a monthly fee of $19.98 to Ooma.

    Rated 3 out of 5 by from I've used Shoretel, and others. But This Ooma Office,.... I wasn't expecting much. But truth be told, I initially loved how Ooma was that device you buy upfront and do away with the monthly telephone provider fees. NOT THE CASE With Ooma Office by a longshot. I still have no clarity on how much I'm actually paying; but bottom line is this: You'll be billed $9.95 per user / per month + same for extra phone numbers & extra extensions.
