The microphone features a uniform and well controlled supercardioid pattern for high separation without off-axis frequency peaks and dips, providing an even sound around the microphone. Additionally, the rear lobe pattern on the microphone is minimized for isolation. The 4018A offers a frequency range of 10 Hz to 20 kHz and is powered by 48V of phantom power. A microphone clip and windscreen are included.
