I picked this up to get a better understanding of correct exposure and technically accurate photography. It has helped me with that and more. This is a holistic approach that takes into account aesthetics as well as the technical/scientific aspects. This information is presented clearly and in a methodical manner. Ansel Adams beautiful photographs illustrate the points well and are worth the price alone.
