This single Swarovski Flip-Down Lens Cover is a spare or replacement part for the ones that came with the 56mm SLC binocular when purchased new. The cover remains tethered to the ocular tube to keep it safe and at-hand, and requires no permanent modification to the binocular or cap.

I was a little worried if this this new style would not fit my 25 year old slc 15x56 model. Seems to work very well. Fit was snug and looks like it will hold well. The old style sat deeper over the lens but only over the outside. They would stretch out over the years and fall off. The new style appears to grip from the inside and out. Very snug fit but only time will tell if it lasts. They are a bit expensive but not near as expensive as the lens they protect.
Works just as well as the original set!
