I bought two of these mounts to replace some flimsy mounts I bought with a couple bicycle light kits. My flashlights are one inch in diameter which is the biggest size you can fit in this mount. I had to take the nuts off, put the flashlight in, start the nut one side and squeeze the other side and start the other nut. Not a big deal though. The mount comes with an extra set of rubbers to fit various size bars or pipes. I am very happy with these mounts. i don't have to worry about the flashlights moving around or falling out like I did with the silicone strap mounts.

Over my years of bicycle riding and racing, I have gone through a lot of head lights. Every decent light has eventually died and no replacement has fit in a past mount. This mount appears to be great. It fits nicely on my road bike and will accept several tactical lights that I have as well as inexpensive other lights. I feel more secure on my night rides knowing that if the light I am using fails, I can pop in a spare...with less overall weight than carrying another light with mount.

does this work with E01 or E12 flashlights from fenix ?

Technically yes, but you have to add some rubber to improve grip. I use bike mount with LD12 or E25 flashlights.
