The DLS-805 Spring-Cushioned Light Stand from Dracast extends from 28.5" to 72" and has a load capacity of 13 lb. It folds down to 28.5" for transport, and weighs 3.4 lb. There is a 5/8" stud on top of the stand.
The stand is composed of lightweight aluminum and is anodized to cut down on reflections. It is spring-cushioned to keep lighting fixtures damage-free when lowering. Large knobs are easy to grip and allow for quick, smooth adjustments.

Sturdy and easy to maneuver.
The aluminum bent when i tightened the screws to lock it off. Cheaply made. Next time will definitely go for better build quality.
This stand is a true Value. it's well made, The attachment point is Solid and is not threaded.. the head is flat and smooth. I own many more expensive light stands, but this is one of my favorites!
