Webstar II is plug and play so you can just plug it into any USB port and its multiple rings of bright, white LED lights will shine. There is also a built-in dimmer, which allows you to adjust the Webstar II's light to suit your needs. The Webstar II can clamp right over the webcam of your laptop. It has a hole in the clamp to ensure that the Webstar II doesn't obstruct the view of the webcam.
