This is a Pocket Wizard MH3 3' straight Household (twin prong) to Miniphone Cable.

Although the Pocket Wizard system allows you to fire your strobe from your camera without a wire between the two, the receiver still needs a wire connection to your power pack, flash or monolight.

Using my Pocket Wizard makes using my old Novatron 240 studio strobes so much more convenient. No more tripping over the long wired sync cord...hooray!
