After talking to three different staff members, talking at length about the exact type of caster needed, etc. etc., the casters delivered are as wrong as possible. The ones in the picture are what are wanted, what was received are metal post ones. Completely unuseable. Getting the right ones was the whole point of calling and talking to people. Extremely disappointed.
