With the E98 10MP Indoor Mini Fisheye Dome Camera from ACTi you can keep your eye on a large office or room with a single camera. A 1.37mm f/2.0 fixed focal fisheye lens can "see" its surroundings from a fisheye view, or dewarped at a 180° or 360° panorama view. The 1/2.3" 10MP progressive-scan CMOS sensor captures video in up to 3648 x 2736 resolution at 7fps; or for smoother HD images it can be set for 1080p at 30fps. Footage can be saved locally to a microSD slot that supports cards up to 64GB or to a NVR or NAS on the local network or in a remote location.
Designed for use in areas with challenging lighting conditions the E98 features Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) and Digital Noise Reduction (DNR) systems. WDR compensates for drastic differences in bright light and darkness in a single shot for improved image clarity and uniform brightness. DNR reduces interference with the signal caused by low-light, nearby power interference, or inherent abnormalities in the processing software. Using DNR not only sharpens the image and increases contrast in low-light, it also reduces the video file size and memory usage.
This indoor camera features one-wire Cat5 installation with Power-over-Ethernet compatibility. This reduces installation time and cost by eliminating separate power cables and transformers. It is also ONVIF compatible to work with compatible equipment from a wide range of manufacturers. The housing is IK08-rated for impact and vandal resistance.
