Is this the latest version with the 'Silent on ...
Is this the latest version with the 'Silent on Set system' ie. the elastic pouch? I did purchase this chest pack 2 years ago and received the 'Silent on Set' version from BH despite the photo showing the prior velcro version (happy accident), so just want to make sure it's still the latest one :)
