question
What controller can I use on this LED strip?
You can use a controller for these strips but it would need a dimmer pack as well. One such dimmer pack is the American DJ DP-DMX20L, B&H # AMDPDMX20L. A controller that can be used with that is the Elation Professional SDC12, B&H # ELSDC12. Please see the images below for reference.

question
Can you connect multiple of these in any way?
You can connect the light strips together. There is no specific connection and just loose wires so you will need to rig it yourself. And make sure it is connected safely.
