NewBlueFX Titler Pro 3 Overview

NewBlueFX Titler Pro 3 is a downloadable plug-in for non-linear video editing programs (NLEs) that generates 2D and 3D titles. Host applications the plug-in works with include, Adobe After Effects 7 and later, Premiere Pro CS6 and CC, Apple Final Cut Pro X, Avid Media Composer 6 and later, Sony Vegas Pro 10 and later, and Grass Valley EDIUS 7 and later. Titler Pro 3 can be used to create everything from simple lower thirds to complex 3D titles that incorporate design features in addition to text. 3D lighting is possible, including the use of multiple light sources. EPS import allows externally created vector files to be imported for extrusion and incorporation with titles or logos.

NewBlueFX Titler Pro supports GPU acceleration. This means much of the workload - especially the burden of rendering 3D objects - can be lifted from the CPU for a faster, more efficient workflow.

Using vectors means infinite resizing of entire text layers is possible - the graphics will not alias, nor become pixelated if enlarged too much, as can happen with raster graphics which are rendered at a specific resolution

Manual Keyframing
Manual keyframing of paragraph position, orientation, scale, effects, and transitions is supported. Keyframes give you a way to track an animated object's behavior as well as control how it evolves over time
Complex Shapes
Complex shapes serve as the foundation to sophisticated or realistic computer-generated objects
Simple Shapes
In addition to text and more sophisticated objects, you can use simple shapes such as a rectangle, cube, ellipse, or sphere to supplement your titles
Custom 3D Bevels
Giving objects a beveled edge creates the impression of depth, and is a useful way of transforming 2D text into 3D
Video Textures
Applying texture to an object can give it an added touch or realism; or can be used for stylistic purposes
True Motion Blur
Motion blur is key to making moving objects in animation look natural
Multiple Light Sources
In reality - especially indoors - light often comes from multiple directions at once. Having multiple lighting angles helps to realistically "place" a computer-generated object in a scene. Lighting options include spotlight, point, and directional lights
Keyframed Lighting
Keyframe lighting means you can animate lighting effects much like other objects in the applications
3D Impact Wide Angle
Creates the impression of a massive object photographed from close up - applying the Wide Angle effect gives you a way of altering the apparent scale of your titles
Multiple Color Gradients
Color gradients offer an alternative to a solid color background - especially for lower thirds - but remain simple and neutral compared to textures
Overlapping Transitions
Combine multiple transitions to create a new effect, or animate the separate transitions for different elements in the scene
