I finally found a no fuss option to hide lavalier mics. They haven't dropped out yet either.

Yes, the LMC Sound CMTBK C Mount does fit the Sony ECM-77 lavalier mic. The same mount is also available with a vampire clip attached -- LMC Sound CMTVPRBK C Mount Vampire Clip Universal Lavalier Mount (B&H # LMCMTVPRBK).

This mount will work with the mic that comes with the Sony UTX-B03 transmitter, which is the Sony ECM-V1BMP Omnidirectional Lavalier Microphone with Locking Sony 3.5mm Connector (Black), BH #SOECMV1BMP.
