Will this work with something like the Countryman EMW?

Yes, the LMC Sound CMTVPRBK C Mount Vampire Clip Universal Lavalier Mount should be capable of use with the Countryman EMW Omnidirectional Lavalier Microphone. Although compatibility is not specifically stated, the EMW has a 6.6mm measurement that is within the stated mic head size of 5-7mm compatible with the CMTVPRBK, and also has a similar form factor to other microphones stated as compatible such as the Tram TR50.

These will work well. The Rode is a medium to small mic, so will fit nicely.
