Right-Angle Micro to Micro HDMI Coiled Cable (11.8 to 17.7") is rated 3.8 out of 5 by 10.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Angled perfect for the NINJA STAR Tight fitting angled towards back of the Ninja Star. Slinks back to original length and stretches long enough to reach my iKan monitor. Looks and feels like a quality product plus it's priced right! Thanks Atomos and BH for an excellent product as always.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from One of a Kind Great for use on my Ronin-M and Sony A7S II to connect to my SmallHD Focus monitor. Used it for a 2 week shoot straight out of the box and it worked great. Just had to shave it down a little bit to get it to fit inside the Small HD Focus.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Works, though not for advertised purpose It works as advertised, though Atomos introduced and marketed this item as a way to use their new Atomos Ninja Star with the GoPro on a DJI Phantom quadcopter. Even with the coil, the cord is much too heavy to work with the Phantom. The reason is because quality images from the Phantom require a gimbal. The cord pulls on the gimbal and can burn its motor out because is not light or thin enough to allow proper stabilization. So, as long as you don't use a gimbal with the Phantom this cord will work fine, though I stress that no one should do that. The footage without a gimbal is unusably shaky and jello-ed. As advertised, this cord only offers a higher quality version of an unusably shaky picture. There are other issues with the Ninja Star + Phantom combination (which, again, was the main point of this cord as advertised by Atomos), but this review is just about the cord. I do give it points for working as a micro- to micro-HDMI cord. Those are hard to come by. And if you have a better aerial video device that can support the weight and cord with a gimbal, this device would work great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Atomos Rules! It's difficult to find a good HDMI micro-to-micro cable, which is exactly what I needed for the Atomos Ninja Star. I tried other solutions, using adapters and ribbon cables, but none seem to carry a great signal as this does.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Necessary purchase for the Ninja Star and Sony Mirrorless. I bought this cable to connect my Ninja Star to my Sony A5100. It has a very solid connection and it will take a lot of force to disconnect it by accident. I had a generic micro HDMI cable but I found that the Atomos cable had a more solid connection. It also allows you space to connect the loop through HDMI cable as long as it is another Atomos cable. My rig consists of the Sony A5100, Atoms Ninja Star and a SmallHD DP6.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It's gonna stay connected Using it with the Ninja Star and my sony a7s The connections are good and tight. Only downside with A7s is that micro hdmi inputs for Ninja Star and Sony are on opposite sides. Not the cable's problem. And I do like the coil - it makes the whole thing much more manageable. It cost a little more but build quality, coil, and connectors that won't pop out make it all worth it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Atomos Delivers This cable is just what I needed to connect my Ninja Star to my Panasonic GH4, which allowed me to record 4:2:2 10 bit video. The improvement in quality was noticeable and I'm glad that I invested in this gear. Atomos was also good about responding to a question I had, and I'm impressed by the company down under.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Good Cable Fits perfectly with A7r and Ninja Star. I have heard other cables not working. This one works great and the coiled cable keeps things neat. Make sure to get Atomos brand for their products!
