It works with Retina display–equipped MacBook Pro models released in mid-2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015. You do not need to plug in cables each time you connect, as you can leave them plugged in. The quick-loading docking station has a powered 5-port USB hub, a gigabit Ethernet port, an audio port, an HDMI port, and a security slot. You can return from work with your computer and simply snap it into the docking station on your desk at home, and enjoy the benefits of an executive desktop system.
