The gray SMB-1G Surface Mount Box from RDL is designed to hold a single Decora-style product such as an RDL remote control or connector plate. Knockouts are provided for fastening standard metric or North American conduits to the rear of the box and to either the upper or lower surface, depending on the orientation of the box when it is mounted.
The white surface mount box complements the RDL stainless steel remote controls and plates. The sides and top or bottom of the box have a smooth surface to yield a finished appearance. This box is constructed from welded steel with a good quality powder coated finish.
