    Transcend 256GB reviews

CFX650 256GB CFast 2.0 Flash Memory Card is rated 3.4 out of 5 by 12.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great with my 1DX Mark II I first ordered, but then cancelled, the Delkin CFast 2.0 because it was the cheapest but I was afraid that it cannot do a fast sustained write as advertised. And so I opted for the Transcend CFast 2.0. I have a lot of Transcend CF and SD cards so I know of their quality. I was not disappointed with this CFast 2.0 card. It's able to handle the 4K 60p of the 1DX Mark II at 800mbps. Very satisfied.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from C300 Mark 2 owners - STAY CLEAR! I can only review these from my experience with them as they relate to the Canon C300 Mark 2. I purchased 4 256 gig cards and had multiple problems with them. They seemed to work fine at 1080P, 60fps, slow motion and double slot recording. However once I tried using them at 4K things fell apart. Every card I had failed at some point during my 2 day shoot when recording at 4K. At first I thought it was just one card but soon after I realized media was missing from all 4 cards. One card was also unreadable. This seemed to happen whether I used single or double slot recording. I know you might be tempted to save a few hundred dollars like I did. But we all know how invaluable it is to have reliable media on set. These are not the cards you are looking for if you own a Canon C300 Mark 2. I also think B&H should take these off the accessory list for the C300 Mark 2 as it's them giving these the "ok." Get the scan disk cards.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Has some issues with the 1DX Mk II This may just be a defective card, however periodically I'll get an error message when shooting on the 1DX saying the card can't be accessed and to try formatting it. In the middle of a shoot, when that isn't an option. I have to turn the camera off, take out the card, reinsert and hope it works. Outside of that, it's been a great card. Hopefully just a fluke, but be aware.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works perfect Works perfectly for my URSMA mini 4.6K, haven't recorded RAW bit I know it does with no problem. One thing I didn't knew when I bought it is that these CFast aren't the same cards as the common DLSR's (5D or so) uses, so it requires a special card reader. Sorry if I'm the one who didn't knew this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best media option to shoot RAW Great option for CFast cards, more affordable and work great to shoot 4.6K RAW on URSA mini pro.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fast writes Easily keeps up with 30fps full frame 4.6K uncompressed raw from my Blackmagic URSA Mini Pro.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No good with the Ursa Mini We used these on the Ursa mini and they no longer work. After barely 5 shoots both of these cards we are using no longer work. We shot on Pro Res 422 on the newest Ursa mini and used a high end CF 2.0 card reader. No idea why they won't work any longer, we have used the Ego disk as well in the same camera and haven't had any issues. Any ideas?
