This Snap-In Right-Angle Pin from Kupo provides a simple solution for offset rigging of fixtures equipped with 5/8" baby receivers. It features a knurled baby pin on one end and a specially machined hex pin for quick attachment to select clamps.

Does anyone make this device with round 5/8" pins on both ends instead of the hex head 5/8" pin on one of the ends?
The Kupo Snap-In Right Angle Pin is designed for use in a Super Clamp or a Convi Clamp which use a female hex connector. Unfortunately, we do not have a similar item as the above that only uses round connectors. The closest alternatives that may work for your usage needs would be the Matthews Baby 2Fer Adapter (Triple), B&H # MAB2FA, or the Kupo EZ Grip Twins, B&H # KUKG300812.
