Kupo Background Paper Stand Set

Flimsy and left feeling let down by Kupo.

For the price, I had high hopes for this Kupo background stand set. Based on the advertised photos, I thought the stands would be a little larger and sturdier. However, I do like the extending pole-though, it will flex like crazy with 9 paper rolls. Instead, the stands are light, small, and flimsy when extended. I mounted some 9 paper rolls. While it can technically fit, it's wobbly, even with sandbags. The stands seem more suitable for a tiny strobe, vs. a hefty roll of paper. My suggestion is if you're planning on using cloth or a short roll, this set is perfect, albeit at a higher price point than other sets. If you're using large rolls, then there's other sets that will be sturdier. Kupo should offering this with sturdier stands.
