The Quick-Connect USB Mini Interface from Vaddio provides USB 2.0 streaming and capture capabilities for the camera, without the need for local analog or digital video outputs. This interface provides power, returns video, and extends control to the camera up to 150 feet away. Access to an embedded web server via USB provides camera control for the SHOT Family cameras. The camera controls include camera presets, CCU functions (color and shading control), scenes as well as room labels, security and diagnostic web pages.
The front panel has a USB port and a power indicator, while the back panel has a power input and two RJ-45 ports. The USB Mini connects to the camera via Cat-5 cables and to a PC via a USB cable. The UVC (Universal Video Class) drivers will automatically negotiate the highest possible resolution that the PC, UC application, and USB Mini can provide. The USB Mini provides resolutions up to 720p/30 and down to 180p. With an integrated mounting tab, the USB Mini can be mounted under a table or on the wall.
