That is incorrect. It does work on the ronin M. I have a Ronin M with the rod support attached. Litterally screws into the front of the ronin M quick release plate. Fits perfect. Once you have the rod support attached the lens support screw is not long enough to reach the threads anymore.

Oleksii, although we don't have a concrete answer, it may not be necessary to use the rod support with this setup, though more testing may be necessary. We recommend getting the rod support regardless as it is a fantastic accessory for the Ronin M.

It depends on what type of ring light you have. Most will be too large and will throw off the balance of the Ronin.

You can flip it upside down, but it won't allow you to slide the plate back any further as it will still block the end channels of the camera plate.

Yes, but it is unnecessary, this is already included in the base kit, and unless you need two sets for some reason save the money. I bought it didnt need it and cannot return it.
