BrickHouse Security Light Bulb Hidden Camera

Monitor your home or office covertly with the Light Bulb Hidden Camera from Brickhouse Security. This camera installs into any standard, worldwide-compatible light bulb socket and records surveillance video upon motion activation or in continuous mode, based on your selection. It captures a 90° wide viewing angle and records to microSD cards up to 32GB in capacity, and can it be set to overwrite old footage when at capacity. It also functions as a light bulb, featuring LEDs as the light source. MicroSD cards are sold separately.

A remote control is included for basic functions such as turning the camera on/off and starting/stopping recording. A software CD is supplied for more in-depth adjustments such as setting recording modes. You also get an extension adapter, which is a bendable, extension-cord type of accessory that installs into the light bulb socket in place of the camera and lets you point the camera in a particular direction.

A major feature of this camera is that it doesn't require batteries but is rather powered by the light bulb socket. As long as the light is on, the camera is active. For offloading recordings, you just need to pull out the microSD card and load it into any microSD card reader, whether one on your computer or an external one. The camera uses the 3GP recording format, so file sizes will be small. A recording light is available within the camera which can be turned on or off.
