The Leica M Lens to Micro Four Thirds Camera Macro Helicoid Adapter V4 from Hawks adapts an M mount lens to a Micro Four Thirds camera but goes a step further by utilizing a helicoid to enable a closer focus distance than the lens can otherwise supply. The movement of the helicoid pushes the lens away from the sensor and, like an extension tube, provides closer focusing capability. This Version 4 adapter features a focusing tab for convenience and is solidly built with no play when the lens is attached and the helicoid extension is smooth yet well damped.
