This plate fits the Manfrotto 502 fluid head perfectly. Actually this one looks and feels better than Manfrotto 504PLONG mounting plate. Plus, this one has a rubber stopper at the end of the slit which prevents a screw from escaping from the plate.

This plate is 5.5 inches long and fits within the Manfrotto 501PL system width wise.
