What is the length of the sleeve (what length folded umbrella can it accomodate?)

The Photek U-Sleeve for the 36" GoodLighter Umbrella is intended to be used with the Photek GoodLighter Umbrella with 7mm and 8mm Shafts (White, 36") (B&H #PHU1040FGS) which when folded measures 22", so you would need to have an umbrella that size or smaller.
