Elemental Pack from Flux brings together three essential dynamics plug-in processors with an emphasis on recording, mixing, remixing, and mastering. Pure Compressor v3 provides a wide range of compression, from clean transparent subtle compression to classic heavy pumping.
Pure Expander can be used for soft downward expansion in order to clean up spillage issues on (live) recordings, remove noise or reverberation, or leakage from drum sessions. Pure Limiter v3 delivers transparent limiting while increasing the average audio level without damaging the perceived audio quality.
The Pure Compressor v3 from Flux is a dynamics plug-in that provides a wide range of effects, from clean and transparent subtle compression, to classic heavy pumping, while providing total hands on control over every parameter, as well as of the fundamental characteristics of the compression process itself.
In addition to the more common dynamics processing controls (ratio, attack, release, etc.,) the software provides control over two parameters that are unique to dynamics processing; Dynamics Ratio and Level Independent Detection (LID), which use the dynamic range content of the signal and not just the signal levels.
Dynamics Ratio controls the amount of auto-ratio determined by the signal dynamics and the manual ratio setting. LID controls the amount of auto-threshold determined by the signal dynamics and the manual threshold value, providing processing of the audio signal independently of the sound level.
A maximum mode on the LID control allows processing that takes into account the maximum values of both the standard and the LID detection schemes.
- Input/output gain controls for adjusting the levels before and after processing
- Phase invert of the processed signal
- Dry Mix control (dry/wet with gain compensation) allowing for parallel processing or for blending some of the original "peak" into the processed signal
- Clipper, a discrete peak limiter at the very last stage of the processing chain rounding off the peaks smooth and musically
- Bypass routes the incoming signal direct to the output for a true smooth transition between processed and clean signal
- Two preset/parameter slots, A and B, can be loaded with two full set of parameters at the same time to enhance workflow
- Apart from saving each preset, a "Global Preset" can be saved containing both the A and B settings and the position of the morphing slider
- The morphing slider provides morphing between the parameter settings of slot A and B allowing for creative and real-time tweaking
- Enabling the automation control button exposes the morphing slider to the host automation
- Up to 8 channels input/output
- 64-bit internal floating point processing
- Sampling rate up to 384 kHz for Native AU/VST/AAX plug-ins
The Pure Expander v3 from Flux is a plug-in used for soft downward expansion to clean up spillage issues on live recordings, remove noise or reverberation, or leakage from drum sessions. The software is designed to automatically reduce gain below the set threshold and provides full control over how it responds to the incoming audio signal, offering everything from mild expansion to hard noise-gating.

The Pure Limiter v3 from Flux is a dynamics plug-in that allows for transparent limiting, dramatically increasing the average audio level without damaging the perceived audio quality. Using proprietary technology to generate a release envelope assures no artifacts are produced at the output.
Additionally, there are no compromises between simplicity of use and the availability of the accessible parameters. Any of the automatic modes allow for quick operation, while both a fully manual mode as well as an advanced mode are available, offering total control over the processing.
