This case provide extra protect for my external hard drive. It has a strap to hold the hard drive in place as well as a mesh to hold the connection cable. The case has a zipper to open and close it. It's durable and a good product.

Fits my ssd with room to spare. There’s a pocket on one side for cords and a band on the other to secure your drive. Seems sturdy!

Although an excellent and well built case, the interior dimensions listed in the Specs are not the case's interior available space. The case has about .25" of padding thickness all the way around the perimeter and also on the front and backside covers. As a user of this case, I would estimate usable interior space to be: 3.50 Wide x 5.25 High x 1.25 Deep (closed). NOTE: The four interior corners of the case also have a radius that matches that of a US Quarter. A WD Element portable drive fits width well, with .75" of height to spare.
