I would question the earlier answer. "Power Handling" means the maximum power that should be used with the speakers. The Yamaha is 100 watts per channel into 8 ohm, so that's a match. And the speakers are 97 decibels efficiency, which is VERY high. Those speakers could probably be sufficiently driven was a 20 wpc amp! I'd say the Yamaha would be more than a match for those speakers. I wouldn't want to overpower vintage speakers, you might blow a driver.

There is no switchable voltage. This is the North American model which offers 120V AC/60Hz power only.

If the equalizer is between the input and the amp, you can run input to the equalizer, then use equalizer as input by COAX, OPTICAL, USB, or Lines 1, 2, or 3.

The Yamaha A-5801 does not have rack ears, but can be racked using a shelf, such as the Auray RS-V-1U One-Space Vented Rack Shelf (1 RU), B&H # AURSV1U.
