A unique water-based primer with an acrylic polymer binder, Rosco's black eggshell Tough Prime features special adhesion properties, allowing it to bond to common scene shop materials that are hard to treat. It can be applied to almost all surfaces, including PVC, vinyl, plastics, aluminum and other metals, foam, foam core, muslin, wood, and even carpet. This primer dries quickly to form a tough coating that's resistant to scuffs, abrasions, and water. At that point, it can be covered with virtually any water or solvent-based paint. Has anyone had to remove this from cement? My landlord is asking for me to confirm they won't have a problem removing it from the floor if/when we leave our studio.

The removal of paints such as the Rosco Tough Prime Black Primer & Sealant (1 Gallon, Eggshell)
(B&H# ROTPBG) from concrete typically involves the use of a chemical paint stripper. Once the paint is removed then the area would need to be washed. These days, many people use a pressure washer for that.

We're lifting a carpet to put this down ideally on the cement. Is it possible for this to go directly on cement and if so, is there anything we should take into consideration for preparation?
