Regarding the R18RT, God forbid, if the 8x3 casters or 10x3 wheels got damaged, is it easy to contact B&H and get 10x3 wheels and/or 8x3 replacement casters?
We do carry the wheels. Some of them have an estimate of 3-7 business days to get from the manufacture once you order.
