The Genaray SpectroLED 360 Essential Daylight LED 2-Light Kit with Stands and Accessories was put together by B&H to provide a lightweight, powerful solution for studio or location shooting with or without access to mains power. The kit comes with 2 daylight LED panels, yokes, AC/DC adapters, power cords, diffusers, battery adapters, 4 NP-F770 batteries with chargers, 4 stacking clips, and 2 Impact 8' air-cushioned light stands.
Genaray's SpectroLED Essential 360 Daylight LED Light is a compact AC/DC light source with a color temperature of 5,600K, local dimming from 0-100%, and a 60-degree flood beam angle. An offset diffuser is provided to soften the light's output.
Made of a high-impact polymer, the light weighs just 3.55 lb including its yoke with 5/8" receiver. The yoke has a handy feature that allows you to tilt it forward so that the panel can be tilted at extreme angles out of the way of the stand. It's also removable so you can use the provided clips to stack another panel without the yoke on top of a yoke-supported unit. Other mounting options include two 1/4"-20 taps on the 11.75 x 11.75 x 2.1" panel frame for customized support options with grip gear.
The 360 Daylight is powered by the included 100-240VAC adapter, but it also has a built-in V-Mount battery plate for optional 14.4V battery use when mains power is unavailable. This kit has NP-F adapters that fit into the lights' V-Mount, along with 4 NP-F700 batteries with chargers. Several lights can be daisy-chained using an optional SP-E-MLC Multi Link Cable that allows the first light in the chain to act as a Master unit that is mimicked by the connected slaves.
