I just purchased them both, to compare, and FWIW, this SKU comes in cardboard packaging (as opposed to plastic for the other) and a much higher quality cloth that is included with the other.

ZEISS Cleaning Fluid should not be used for cleaning a Coolscan scanner, as it contains alcohol.

Does it work on cleaning Tiffen variable ND filter?
I have Hoya and B&W filters, and it works for me :) I see no reason why this will not work for Tiffen :)Also, I suggest you look at the Zeiss Pre-Moistened Lens Cleaning Wipes
