This remote control was included with TorchLED Bolt 220R. It works as design, I am happy to have it.

I can see this remote being very handy in certain situations but wouldn't call it mandatory. I haven't yet found myself thinking Darn, wish I had that remote control. But I could see some use.

Will this remote work with the Core SWX TorchLED Bold 250W?

This is designed for the TorchLED Bolt 220R, it may not work with the newer Bolt 250w. However the 250W ships with its own remote control already.https://bhpho.to/2jXXwAf

How do you use this thing? Nothing works except on/off? No instructions whatsover?

I got mines to work. Mines came with instructions. I believe you must first sync the remote to the TorchLED by pressing a number and the sync button behind the LED unit.

Hi, I am having trouble figuring out how to sync my TL-BLT remote to my Torch LED 220. Can you provide any links to help me with this process?

I agree with Frank L. The battery in the remote MUST be strong/charged. Goto YouTube and search for Switronix Showcase - TorchLED Bolt 220R. They explain how to sync and control multiple lights using the remote.(B&H does not allow links within these responses)Hope this helps
