Under 5lbs with only 2 telescoping parts to handle. I chose this for the metal construction. Out of the box I think this will do well. At a sale price of $44 beats the competition for sure.

If you load them one above the other your 2 cases will be 1" taller than the trolley.
One case - Yes. Both cases = will be awkward at best.

Would the ORCA trolley fit inside a ORCA or13 when folded for when flying?.
Checked in baggage of course.
The following trolley will not fit inside of any of the orca bag units.
I would check with your air lines carrier to see if the trolley can be accepted as a check in baggage with your local airline carriers.

Will this fit in an overhead bin if you keep a bag attached to it?
Dear Jeff,Thank you for your interest in our Orca bags products. In general it depends on the size of the bag. If the bag with the trolley is smaller than the airline certificate size it will fit. It goes without saying that you can always remove the trolley from the bag in case it will be bigger then the certificate size.
