This model comes with a 72mm f/206 wide-angle cone that is interchangeable with optional 110mm and 150mm cones. Is this considered a superwide? Does exposure compensation need to be added to expose the long ends of the film/paper?
The HARMAN technology TiTAN 4 x 5" Pinhole Camera has a 72mm focal length with a 97° angle of view, which would be roughly equivalent to a 20mm lens used on a full-frame 35mm camera. This would be right near the beginning of the focal lengths considered as a super-wide angle lens.

question
Please suggest a suitable optical viewfinder for this camera?
MIght actually do better with a few tests: camera on tripod, yardsticks or measuring tape on wall, use levels to align and discover what is included, or not--both vertical and horizontal. Keep camera and tripod in position until you finish next step.
Would need a developing set up nearby (monobath?), and a magnifier to confirm the measured numbers. Once you have that you can mark a wide "V" on top and on the side of camera to show you what is included., vertical and horizontal.
Pinhole photography is much more fun if you minimize the technology. Those suggested optical viewfinders can cost more than the camera, and you would still have the problem of no accessory shoe to mount one.

question
Can I use medium format backs for 4x5 cameras?
If by "medium format back" you mean a roll film back that uses 120 roll film on a 4x5 camera then yes. I've used the Horseman 6x9 and 6x12 backs on the Harman Titan without issues.

question
there are 2 white screws came with the box, what are they for?
I just had a thought....the 2 white screws that you are speaking of are probably the fastener to attach the paper calculator to. The white screws are not for the camera directly.
