Both the HDA-5015 and this more expensive HDA-5015BR specify tinned annealed braided copper shielding... So what is the difference between this BR and non-BR cables?
On the "BR" model around the cable's PVC jacket is a thermoplastic polymer braided jacket. This offers additional durability especially against snags and drags. The "non-BR" has a standard rubber jacket.
