Bring motion into your still photographs with Flixel's Cinemagraph+ for Mac. After importing a video clip into the software, trim to isolate the desired segment and then mask out the region where you want to retain motion - the rest will be frozen as a still image. You can then define the desired looping method and select from nearly 30 built-in filters to add pizzazz to your newly created "flixel". Once done, the flixel can be uploaded directly to social medial sites or exported as a video clip or GIF in up to 1080p resolution.
