The white Quick Adjusting Universal Projector Flush Mount from Optoma fits almost any projector and is suitable for installation in the office or at home. Its low-profile design allows for quick adjusting and connecting or disconnecting of the projector.

Had a difficult time putting this together. The items does not come with required anchors. They only had masonry anchors and not the sheet rock anchors for the install. We had to course correct and customer service guided us to the right point. We wish we had some reward for this pain!!

Before buying I had a full understanding this was a universal mount. Unfortunately it lacked the proper hardware for my Optoma projector and required some major field fabrication to make work. Even after sturdy mounting of the bracket to ceiling and projector it was flimsy and lost calibration of screen. The bass caused it to travel. On a positive note the color matched the projector and the cost seem appropriate.

How do I connect this to an Optoma HD142X? The Optoma page recommends this model, but the instructions don't explain the proper way to do this.

The projector instructions have a section on how to mount it upside down with this ceiling mount. The mounting holes are on the bottom of the projector.
