Had printing issues resulting from old drum that was failing to print correctly due to being finally worn out (over 7 years old). As soon as I replaced the drum with OEM drum, printing issues were immediately fixed. Prints like new!

I bought the DR331CL, and it does color. The order process was very easy, and the unit was delivered well within the delivery time frame specified. The included installation instructions were very clear, and it took about 5 minutes to complete the installation.
