The KA7230 PS/2 USB Console Module offers secure access to the servers in a matrix KVM switch from a PS/2 or USB console. The KA7230 provides an extra computer port for integration with a computer workstation, enabling users to switch between the local computer and the servers in the matrix KVM switch. With its graphical user interface, graphical on-screen display, and menus and icons, the console module is designed to be accessible and intuitive. The built-in RS-232 port allows administrators to establish a serial terminal log-in and to control the KVM port access for all consoles connected to the switch. The module comes with two stacking brackets and various cables and adapters for set-up.
