Stabilizing your camera moves has become the name of the game, and the Letus with RC Module from Letus35 stabilizes cameras weighting up to 16 pounds in one axis with its brushless gimbal. The Helix is a powered stabilizer that features a modular design with a removable platform. The Helix balances around the optical center of your camera, providing less stress on the system and your camera's image stabilization system.
The flat bottom design of the Helix allows you to place it down on a flat surface without requiring a stand mount or other support. The 1-axis Helix is designed to stabilize your camera in the tilt axis and can be mounted to third party stabilizing systems if you wish. The bottom of the Helix features a dovetail plate that is compatible with an optional OConnor 1030 fluid head, and it features three 1/4"-20 threaded mounting holes. Please note you will need to source power options separately.
This Helix comes with the RC module installed. The module provides control of the stabilizer's pan and tilt functions by a second operator. The RC module is a factory only installation option, so it is advantageous to have it installed when you first purchase your Helix. If you later choose to have the RC Module installed, you will have to send it back to Letus35 in Oregon for installation.
