The Orion DVC210 8' DSLR Camera Crane Production Package from ProAm USA is a ready-made jib arm solution for cameras weighing up to 10 lb. The package features the 8' DVC210 jib arm that provides a reach of 5' from its fulcrum, an aluminum stand to support the arm, and a 7" LCD monitor to monitor your shots as you operate. To mount the LCD monitor, a mounting bracket is included, along with a Canon LP-E6 plate, battery and charger to power it. Other monitor accessories include a 10' HDMI cable, hook-and-loop cable ties, and a sun hood. For storage, the 8' arm itself breaks down into two 4' pieces, allowing it to fit inside an included carrying bag for convenient storage and transport.

The ProAm USA Orion 8' DVC210 Crane alone will not allow you to point the camera 90 deg towards the ground. However if you add a Video head you will be able to achieve this.

You wouldn't turn left or right so much as swing left or right. Camera is always facing forward and the boom arm can rotate on the tripod base if the camera needs to see what is to the left or right of it.

The ProAm USA Orion DVC210 Camera Crane can take a payload of 10 lbs. the XA10 is approximately 3 lbs and the XF105 4 lbs in working order so you are good to go with either camera.
