Is there any means to level this tripod to use it ...
Is there any means to level this tripod to use it on unlevel surfaces?
Question the use of a leveling head. The weight on top of a tilted tripod shaft would make for a huge rotational moment. Add to that the tangential force caused due to the crane arms would make for a serious possibility for a tripod tumble.

question
Can this support the cobra crab 1?
The ProAm USA Camera Crane Stand Support has a very high load capacity of up to 100 pounds. Just as long as the crane and camera you are using are below that amount they should work well on this stand.

question
I have the orion dvc210 and am curious if I get this tripod will the jib pan or do I need to buy the 360 pan adapter?
The Crane Stand will pan the Orion DVC210 360 degrees. Instructions are included regarding the installation. If you want to mount the DVC210 directly to your own tripod, use the 360 pan adapter.

question
Can I mount a Manfrotto 502HD Pro Video Head with Flat Base (3/8 -16 Connection) on this crane stand? Would I need an adaptor?
The mounting screw is 3/8 -16 so it would attach to any head that has that matching hole. However the length of the screw must be considered. It is long enough? Is it too long? It appears to be about 1 so it should be just right.

question

The legs go from collapsed to wide and the pole adjusts from 4' to 6'. However, the legs are not individually adjustable.

question
Can I put wheels on it?
If you have the ability to build a base with wheels that it could sit in, possibly. If you have access to specialized casters/wheels maybe so. I think it would be a custom build if you did.
