Yes, the regular wheels can be removed and replaced with track wheels. The ProAm USA SolidTrax Universal Track Dolly Wheel Assembly B&H # PRDLSTW, will work great with the ProAm USA Professional Tripod Dolly. However, if you wish to go straight to track, you could consider the ProAm USA SolidTrax Universal Track Dolly B&H # PRDLST. It comes with the track wheels installed.

Not that we are aware of. If you are looking to have a mobile C-Stand we suggest purchasing the Kupo Runway Stand Base, B&H # KUKS301012, along with the Avenger A2014 20" Double Riser 4.5' Column for C-Stand (Chrome-plated), B&H # AVA2014. When you open it up the legs are locked in place only the glides for the tripod can be adjusted if you want the legs to be opened or you want the tripod to more elevated.

It won't roll well, you will experience a lot of camera shake. You might want to buy a track dollys shown below
