Rated 5 out of 5 by from They really should start calling these SDXC DRIVES Great price/markdown for a fast HUGE capacity SDXC card, brings it down to near SSD price levels. It's not as fast as a true SSD drive (advertised write speeds 80MB/s, real world 65-70MB/s, read speed at 150MB/s, but still much faster than your garden variety SDXC cards), but it's now serving as an additional storage, sitting flush inside the SD card reader in my laptop. It's like a hot-swappable removable little drive where i store important data i normally wouldn't leave in my laptop, should it get stolen or damaged on the road. It comes with a free data recovery software should it get corrupted (all SD cards can get corrupted, but they're SO much easier to recover compared to HDDs). Has Lifetime warranty, what i always look for in SD cards, which means the company stands by their product. If it doesn't have it, i move on. Only Sandisk (my main choice) offers lifetime warranty. Looking to get another one for the Expresscard/34 slot with an SDXC card reader. A 2nd storage option!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from just what I needed I bought this to keep in my MacBookPro SD slot. When I'm photographing on location to my laptop I send images directly to the card rather than take up the limited SSD Drive space with a second copy kept on my cameras card. Works just as fast as sending directly to the SSD.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great I got this card after I had trouble writing to the slower Lexar LX Series card on my NX1 for 4K video. NX1 is compatible with UHS-II on this card, and it's worked great so far. I took it out for a fashion show video (https://youtu.be/PsHTzuANSHo), and it worked flawlessly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A good fast SDXC card You just plug it in and it works. The download times for large files are quite fast compared to other cards I have used. A bit expensive but very nice in the camera as well as in downloading.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Had to return card. Loss all data corrupt out of box. I'm using D-500 Nikon with this Lexar Pro 1000X UHS 2U3 SDHC 256GB card. The camera records 1080 video on the card. But the play back of video after a minute or so on the camera says the card is corrupt & says to replace with another card. I tried another D-500 Nikon and the same error message occurs. There is no way to get data off of chip info keeps showing no data after a while of attempting to save data. I'm afraid to use this type of chip I can't afford to lose data. This is the first time I had a card fail like this right out of the box.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The last memory card you'll need (unless you need 200MB/s) I jumped up to this from a 64GB lighting fast 280MB/s SandDisk Extreme Pro. Shooting on Panasonic GH4 and Sony RX100IV, need 100MB/s for recording 4K. While I cannot shoot at 200MB/s on my GH4 with this card, I *love* that I don't need to worry about running out of space. I do a lot of documentary work and have been experimenting with vlogging and this memory card is absolutely liberating with 10+ hours of recording time. I've been using it heavily (every day, multiple hours of recording per day) for about a month with no issues.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Card Failed, then Replacement Failed Card failed after a few months. Unreadable or formattable by camera or computer. Lexar (Micron) promptly sent a replacement with no hassle. Unfortunately, the direct-from-factory replacement failed after a few months as well. No data loss in either instance only because I had previously copied photos to other storage media. That was pure luck. Even though Micron is a major manufacturer, I cannot recommend their cards. If you have one, use it only as backup for other storage or copy each day's shoot to another storage medium asap.
