The GoPro HERO4 Black with Underwater Lighting Kit is bundled by B&H to get you started shooting video and taking photos underwater. In addition to the HERO4 Black camera, the bundle includes the Fantasea Line BlueRay Radiant Underwater Video Light with Batteries, a YS mount flex arm and hand grip, and an adapter for mounting the light on the flex arm.
The flagship GoPro HERO4 Black features 4K video capture at up to 30 fps, 2.7K capture at up to 50 fps, 120 fps in Full HD 1080p, and can also take up to 12MP still photos ether as a burst, individually, or in intervals. It includes the Standard Housing, which is safe down to 131' - deep enough for most recreational scuba dives. For deeper dives, you will require the Dive Housing (available separately), which will reliably protect the camera down to 197'.
Light doesn't penetrate water the way it does air, making underwater lighting a must when diving in all by the clearest waters. The bundled BlueRay Radiant Underwater Video Light with batteries from Fantasea Line combines three LEDs for a maximum output of 1600 lumens at a wide beam angle of 110°. Its 6000K color temperature, which is close to that of daylight, helps color-correct images to eliminate the need for color correction filters. Adjustable power output gives you control over the intensity of the beam in various situations. The light will burn for up to 50 minutes at full power, 65 minutes at 50% power, and 85 minutes at 30% power. The head is constructed from aluminum and the body from polycarbonate, making the BlueRay a durable light. The light is rated to 330' (note the included GoPro housing is rated to 131').
