It has a standard hole in the center that accepts a pin and a ring on the outside. The ring is only for locking on. Two conductor only

Does this specific unit have retracting prongs like newer decimator PSU's?
I believe the picture are the older ones with the circular prong swap. Although, this could be just an old photo and he the newer style with the folding Edison connection.
